The New Jersey Federation of Democratic Women (NJFDW) is proud to announce the appointment of Rachel Green, MPA, and Roberta G. Walters as the new Co-Presidents of the organization, effective immediately. With their extensive leadership experience and commitment to advancing the rights and representation of women in the political sphere, Green and Walters will lead NJFDW into an exciting new chapter of advocacy and empowerment.

Rachel Green, MPA, brings a wealth of knowledge in public administration and policy advocacy, having spent over 15 years working in various governmental and nonprofit sectors. Her experience in advancing social justice initiatives, promoting gender equality, and enhancing civic engagement makes her an ideal leader for NJFDW. Green has long been an advocate for women’s rights and is known for her ability to unite diverse communities in the pursuit of shared goals.

Roberta G. Walters  is a seasoned political strategist and advocate with a deep commitment to advancing Democratic values in New Jersey. Over the past two decades, Walters has played a pivotal role in local, state, and national campaigns, focusing on expanding women’s political participation, leadership, and mentorship. She has also been an active member of NJFDW for many years, contributing to the organization’s mission of empowering Democratic women to lead and advocate for policies that positively impact their communities.
