Freiman and Drulis Hire New Staff Members, Announce Assembly Assembly Members - Insider NJ

Assembly members Roy Freiman and Mitchelle Drulis – who represent Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex and Somerset counties – are happy to announce that Devin Mulroy will be joining their office as Chief of Staff and Elliot Schneier has been brought on as Deputy Chief of Staff.

Mulroy is departing her previous role as Senior Legislative Aide to Governor Phil Murphy. The Baylor University graduate has been part of the Governor’s staff since 2023.

Schneier previously worked as Executive Director for the Somerset County Democrats and Deputy Organizing Director for the New York Democrats in New York’s 19th Congressional District.

“We are thrilled to welcome Devin and Elliot to our team. With their diverse backgrounds and invaluable skill sets, they are well equipped to serve the residents of the 16th district,” said Assembly members Freiman and Drulis in a joint statement. “This outstanding team will be a valuable asset to our legislative efforts as we continue to work towards improving and strengthening our communities.”
