A native of Independence Township in Warren County, Mr. Hinrichs now resides in Hamilton Township, Mercer County, with his wife, Caitlin Ellen Force. He previously served as Manager of Senate Operations and Constituent Outreach for the Senate Democratic Office, where he managed voting sessions, coordinated legislative processes, and developed resources to enhance constituent engagement.
A Rutgers University graduate with a degree in political science and history, Mr. Hinrichs is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Public Administration at Rutgers Camden. An Eagle Scout, he enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, hiking, skiing, and camping and remains passionate about public policy, economic development, and environmental stewardship.
